How would we know in countries where the media is state controlled? It’s only in countries with independent media that they can report such incidents.

Think the Uyghur would probably take the chance of occasional mall shootings given what they currently have to put up with.

Wanted to stop such shooting....Just shut down the NRA and their funding to political parties.
