Owner neglected to properly restrain his dogs!

He should get life in jail instead of finding a home for the killers

You have to be some thicko, drug dealer or someone with very low self esteem to want to own such a dog. I don’t blame the dog, I blame the idiot who keeps them. If a member of my family was killed by such an animal I would consider the owner the killer and deal with it as I would murder. Society is sick when this issue isn’t resolved. Freedom of choice my ass.

The owner should be tried for the Thai equivalent of manslaughter and the dogs should be destroyed.
