Japan’s government is wanting to boost the amount given to new parents by 80,000 yen in an effort to motivate citizens to have more babies. As the country’s birth rate has been declining for some time, the government has tried to find ways to boost family planning. According to the Japan Times, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare currently offer a Childbirth and Childcare Lump-Sum Grant of 420,000 yen to new parents. They should also ban abortion, also known as 'Japan's shame' and push pro-family messages in their media. Though as a culture, they escaped the worst of the 'culture of death'.

One problem no one wants to address, because the only solution is immoral, is to point out the elderly who had no children, should not be supported.
