I see Andrew Marshall (that journalistic thorn in Thailand's side) has commented about a Cambodian story in the press:

"Cambodian dictator Hun Sen says an illegally trafficked lion should be returned to its owner, who took out its teeth and claws and kept it in a villa on Phnom Penh. If you have enough money you can get away with whatever crime you want in Cambodia."

What are they planning to feed it - Jok?
Be better if they took out Hun Sen's teeth and kept him in a cage. It might give the Thais some ideas about our illustrious leader.
