rapamycin is a medicine that is growing in popularity for its use in health span extension.

do you know how to procure it in Thailand?
pharmacies, and prescribing doctors in case it is not over-the-counter?

I'd doubt you'll ever get it by prescription here unless you have specific diseases: afaik coronary artery restenosis, fibromas, lymphangioleiomyomatosis, and renal transplant rejection are marketed use of rapamycin, all others are in phase 3 or less.

In any case, a weekly dosage (1 mg/day) costs approx. 180 USD, that is a yearly cost of 330k baht (without considering price adjustment, given that it's imported, and doctor consultation fees).

If you want to prolong your life, eat healthy, exercise, and don't smoke/drink (too much)/use drugs (usual stuff)...
