Jart has just finished building a dedicated cheese factory alongside his home.  It has insulated rooms for temperature control and hrs installed a massive solar power system as grid power cuts would otherwise wreak havoc with production and ageing.

Jart is certainly the perfectionist and is heavily invested in quality produce.

Now we know who is cutting the cheese in CM. And I thought it was only my French Bulldog!
