Jart has just finished building a dedicated cheese factory alongside his home.  It has insulated rooms for temperature control and hrs installed a massive solar power system as grid power cuts would otherwise wreak havoc with production and ageing.

Jart is certainly the perfectionist and is heavily invested in quality produce.
