The video of his kick from the back was brutal. He then kept on kicking and punching her. This creep deserves to die byt cutting his gonads off and letting him bleed to death. Burial should be in the worst way, maybe eaten by lisards.

What a total piece of scum. Anyone who can do this to another person should not be given a second chance. Just put him down like a rabid dog.  Truly a vile and disgusting individual who is barely human. If that had been my wife or daughter there would be no hiding place. I’d use whatever it took to get this guy to meet his maker.

Outraged Thai netizens and locals in Ubon Ratchathani urge the authorities to tighten safety measures at the public park and other risk spots in the province by adding more street lights, security cameras and employing more security guards.

There was plenty of light, existing security camera's did an excellent job of capturing proof and employing more security guards would just shift the problem away from the complainers but towards other areas (or change the problem into ubiquitous 24hrs surveillance). In this case, an imperfect system was a blessing in disguise as he apparently thought he'd get away with the assault (if that wouldn't have happened, the captive/other victim wouldn't have been rescued so soon).

Having said that, the first minute of watching the clip of the assault was enough to make me question if sometimes it might be acceptable to consider closing the book of judicial laws (to dispense a punishment to the perpetrator) and open the book of moral laws (to dispense a solution to society).

He should be found guilty of all charges and the maximum sentence imposed - sequentially. That should just about take him to the term of his natural life... unless the other prisoners think differently...

The question is….Why was this Menace to Society still allowed to run free to commit more criminal atrocities ? Why wasn’t he locked away after at least the first two offenses ? Is this incompetence the fault of the police…or the judiciary ?
