Tops Supermarket and Foodhall at Central Chidlom, Flour Shop on Google maps, is simply superb and I have no doubt this new venue is as good if not better.

The Flour Shop hosts an amazing array of ready-to-eat or take-away foods, bakery items, seafood, wines and much more - best of all, one is assigned a table number and you then select your meal choices, by the 100g or per dish, and you are served upon resuming your seat.  Wine may also be ordered.  Pay upon completion of meals.

It's a unique experience and each visit I find new dishes which can be cooked to order such as Crab Omelette with huge chunks of fresh meat!  The Deli counter is one of the best you'll find in Thailand as well as an extensive wine and liquor selection.
