PETA Asia urges HelloFresh – a global meal-kit company – to “do the right thing” and stop using coconut milk made using monkey labour in Thailand. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) says HelloFresh’s coconut milk is supplied by Suree and Aroy-D, two brands that PETA says have admitted to using monkey labour in their coconut milk production. Hello Fresh claim to have 'written assurances' that monkey labour is not used. The truth is they decided that was good enough and not to verify it I suspect due to the price being cheaper. Like most companies globally they like to talk ethics but in truth they do not give a damn so long as they have plausible deniability,

Sure, why not?  They will be free to do what hey want 😉

I'm against cruelty in animal labor practices, but westerners too use animals for labor, such as, sheepdogs and cart horses. Surely what matters is any suffering, not the fact of animal labor?
