The criminal element wants their prices to go back up... brown envelopes are not changing hands fast enough

"Cannabis can not be sold in any business to be consumed in that business."  Many "medical cannabis" shops in Pattaya have smoking rooms .  So shops have to put up a sign saying, there is a room beyond that doorway not part of the "business" if you want to partake of this product you just bought.   5555

So, if they can prohibit sale of cannabis to minors, under 20, why can´t  they do so with alcohol aswell, so that we adults can buy a bottle of beer at any time of day...?
