Are they naive enough to believe catching a few drug and gun runners will stop any negative actions at this summit?

36 combat weapons, 5,300 unregistered guns, 900 registered guns, 4,300 explosive devices, and 37,000 bullets.

Just declaring that they seized this amount (probably only a percentage) in a few months is concerning.

The land borders are like sieves, officialdom corruption is rife, Security services for the attendees must be having nightmares.
