Sad thing is this type of **** happens in the west all the time, and the woman is always believed - even if she is a complete nutjob like seems to be the case here. Hopefully in Thailand this won't happen.

She needs to be put in jail to give her time to think about the damage to the poor man's reputation and also to think about all the genuine rape victims that aren't taken seriously because of bitches like herself, sorry that's the nicest name I could call her in print!

she was demanding 400,000 baht palimony

From my calculations, that amount would be worth 800 rolls in the hay but, given her age, about 1600 rolls in the hay.

I think he should countersue for intentional infliction of emotional distress, extortion, and loss of reputation for about 400,000,000 baht.

Perhaps A  made promises when he was in a state of "Plak Tow", and after passing through his "Pon Farr" period, he reconsidered those promises. What they need to do is to undergo the kun-ut kal-if-fee if they wish to resolve this issue.
