Around 800 Grab delivery drivers in green jackets gathered in Bangkok today to protest new policies implemented by the company which they say have significantly reduced their income. The protesters started outside Central World and later moved to Grab’s head office, completely blocking traffic on Phetchaburi Road. Please yes - cancenl multiple orders per ride!! It's such an annoyance - you wait there and see the driver is delivering, only to find out they're "handling multiple orders" and you have no idea when they'll get to yours. Really poor service on this one.

To be honest, the whole food delivery apps is just a menace, even though we use them

 

My wife works at a Thai restaurant, the drivers are c*nts

Plus you go into a casual shop and don't know that they have 5 delivery orders ahead of you, so you think will take 5mins and it takes 20mins to get your food
