timely intervention there by chief watch keeper/minder for the dead with the tournament starting in just over a fortnight .. and bartering was just too good a line to miss no .?

Why is  the government getting involved what is ostensibly a private commercial transaction? Shouldn't the government  focus more on  such issues as public health and safety and not Television programming?
