Makro stock frozen NZ or Aussie lamb legs/shoulder roasts and other cuts.  They also stock imported Aussie beef, frozen and fresh.  Some stores may have limited stock depending on expat demographics so in your area it may be necessary to go where all the restaurants and hotels buy.

A select few city central BigC's also carry fresh Aussie beef.

Definitely Makro for any imported beef or lamb, it is pretty hard to find otherwise.

Villa market in my opinion if you are looking for lamb, but expensive but don't know if there is one in Korat but you can always take a drive up to a more civilised city where there is one, Udon Thani
