Saifullah Paracha, 74, has been in Guantanamo Bay detention centre since he was taken into custody in Bangkok in 2003. Paracha was never charged with anything, nor was he accused of any crime, merely “having links” with the al-Qaeda leadership. Let's never forget, these terrorists kill hundreds of innocent men, women and children,  let alone commit some of the most horrendous acts of torture and cruelty on people they take captive. So let them rot in jail, would have been better to just dispose of them after extracting the required information from them, like naming the financier's in the Saudi Royal Family etc.
