A soon-to-be bride has been tragically killed in a car crash in Thailand’s central province of Suphan Buri. The soon-to-be groom, meanwhile, was seriously injured.  The future bride and groom had been set to marry on November 6. Yesterday, the two had driven to the eastern Chachoengsao province to deliver eggs. On their way home, the fatal crash happened. No, due to incompetence and lack of driving skill. Rain and floods don't automatically lead to crashes.  In fact, they rarely do.  Its universally driver error, or plain bad judgment, in continuing to drive in very poor conditions.

Accident percentages totalling 36% are meaningless without more data.  No mention of 4 wheeled vehicles nor fatalities. 

Take motorcycle fatalities out of the equation and look at the stats.... similar to many western countries.
