Great. I lost 10 kilo last July. One week Covid... But no PS5 reward for me

Well it is good for him to loose 10kgs. May if he can say what is his initial weight before loosing 10kgs for a clear picture.

Good for him, but following that much of a killer diet plan is not sustainable long term. Most likely he will regain the weight with extras when he returns to a normal diet.
