1 day overstay

Overstay 1 day? 

 

Hey guys, my covid extension visa is up on the 7th of November but due to various circumstances I plan to leave on the 8th. 

I read online that they turn a blind eye to a one day over-stay in terms of a fine and an overstay stamp but that was a 2016 article.  

Any thoughts?

Just to clarify… I plan to leave via BKK airport on an international flight.

Entirely at the discretion of the Immigration officer if you're fined for 1 day overstay.

There are those that have reported no fine, whilst others have been fined 500 BHT, and an overstay stamp in their Passport.
