Poor woman, she seems so distressed. I fear her mother may be in some difficulty also.

A very strange story, and it's especially odd that the woman apparently made no attempt to get to her mothers house when nobody came to collect her. I have to guess that she has some sort of mental problem. I also wondered if something had happened to her mum to prevent her from getting to the airport. I only hope that it all works out ok in the end. Best wishes to the lady and her family.

It takes the authorities 2 months to "step in"? And what about her passport/ID? If she was returning from abroad it shouldn't be so complicated -this is such a weird story.

Something very wrong with this story, 2 months living at the airport before any intervention? No ID having supposedly arrived from abroad? Made no attempt to get to her mothers house or call anyone?
