A kind-hearted woman from Chon Buri province, eastern Thailand, took in a homeless ladyboy who had nowhere else to go. After two weeks, the ladyboy left in the middle of the night stealing a car, a motorbike, a TV, an iPhone, gold, and even a fan. The victim, 27 year old Nawarat, posted on Facebook offering a big cash reward to anyone who can help track down the master thief… “Please press like and share everyone. This is a dangerous person. Whoever can give me clues will get a 20,000 baht reward. I took in a person who is not […]

The story doesn't make any sense. At one point she was telling that she knew nothing about him. An at another point she was telling that he had a history of stealing and cheating. I got a strong feeling that the message she has been telling is only 30% of the entire story. There is still the untold part of 70%...

The repeated use of the plural pronouns "they" and "them" in the story is completely ungrammatical and makes this story nearly incomprehensible.  Did the thief in this story ask to be called by these gibberish pronouns?  Of course not, because the thief, as thieves will, made off like a thief in the night without a word.  The imprecise use of words exists throughout this article, as when the other writes "Golf was born a man".  Really?  Not male, but a man?

Now stupid is stupid and there is a reason for this person to be on the streets and homeless, but it is not because of being a ladyboy, but choice of a dwon and dirty lifestyle with that of being a ladyboy. Not all ladyboys are bad and rip-offs, but there is no way I would give one of that particualr breed an inch to my front door and feelling sorry for him/her. More to this story I think, and why does the story talk about this person in the plural rather than in a singular sense?

So you take in a homeless person with psychological disorders, who's also involved with loan sharks, and expect they'll respect you and thank you? that's not how humans work. Give a finger, they'll take the hand, lack of money is the root of all evil, etc. Should've just left him on the street.

Please remember these articles are translated from Thai, some of the better translating software has a very hard time with this task so a bit of leeway please, or have a go yourself and post it.  Remember DO NOT change the story to how you think it should read. If not diligent you may be guilty of fake news.

It comes from a stupid, stupid, US fad, from around the time of GamerGate. Lots of idiot American liberals, fawned upon shrill people calling themselves 'transgenders', who were demanding the use of silly, made up titles, like xie and xir. It must have been extremely offensive to the actual intersexed, who campaign for a third sex on things like passports because of genuine, ambiguously born children, and not much less offensive, to anyone with actual, psychiatric gender dysphoria. At least, if they had no sense of humor, because the world just laughed at that shit. No one took it seriously in real life, except, somehow, 'smart' North Americans with certain, spurious college degrees. These sorts of people form America's media elite.

I don't see why the T has anything to do with LGB, seeing its not a sexual behavior. And I don't see why transgender came to predominate over related concepts, like transsexualism, which were based on medical or psychological grounds.

People can identify as trees or dogs, it doesn't mean they are. If gender is expressed, then a stage act must temporarily become a woman, before changing back to being a man, when he steps off stage. Of course no transgender goes so far as to say this, but it's where their own  illogic leads.

When things like medicine are abandoned, so is rational humanism. And so Americans willingly signalled how modern and trendy they are, with these silly xie and xir pronouns, a few years ago. As though the criminal might be offended, if we mislabel him/her - this becoming more horrifying, than the theft and violence. That someone might be offended, based on their sex/gender.

As though any of the sao praphet song, would possibly want to be seen as anything other than female - it's not an American campus. So when reporting on anything recalling 'transgender', many English language sources now reflexively say, they or their as pronouns, which in their own warped morality, is meant to actually avoid confusion. Its a recent, stupid Americanism, that is lingering on in the media.
