I’m sorry, but this is an utterly ridiculous article. Airports change runways all the time. It’s totally dependant on the direction of the wind (planes land and take off in to wind). I have landed at both airports in both directions on many occasions. While it’s true an airport would tend to favour or use a particular runway due to prevailing wind direction and even local noise abatement rules. The suggestion that it changes in the same way you would change the clocks, is just plain wrong.
