Police rescued three women and two children from a condominium in Bangkok after being held captive for three years by their unscrupulous bosses. The two suspects were arrested yesterday. Police raided the luxury condominium on Arun Amarin Road in the Bang Phlat district of Bangkok and rescued the five victims being held by a transwoman and her employee after being notified by a victim’s relative. Based on the news article, looks like there are many twists and turns in the story. At some stage it didn't really make any logical sense why these captives are keeping silent even thought they were well educated and have had good professional jobs earlier. Something is still missing to get the bigger picture....
