I'd love to know where the Phuket Pool villas are that are only 400gbp per month.  I'm not sure many tourists are going to appreciate the insinuation they are stupid from the governor of Phuket either. Institutional racism from the top down.

It’s so institutional and allowed to go on that it’s scary at times. It’s not even seen as racism by the locals and sadly by many expats who simply brush it aside as TIT
