Why do these people don't show their heroic deeds in their own backyard. No one is interested to see his talents on other country roads where he posses as a great danger for others. If he wanted to have a fast track to hell, then just go and jump off the cliff. But make sure you leave a note that you are jumping on your own as you are of no use to anyone.....real stupid fool

So I guess rollerblading is another thing that Westerners go to Bangkok for because they would be to embarrassed to do at home.

Your hate and racism is shining through... focus on the great danger posed by Thai drivers everyday... then the occasional farang roller skater won't seem like such a big deal

In all fairness for safety, if he hit a rut in the road or a motorcycle or car clipped him and he stumbled and fell, then he might just get his head squashed. Not the ideal street to be roller blading on and certainly should not be legal on this particular street except only during certain hours. Arrested is way too overboard. Seems they can twist the law anyway they want here to get their desired outcome. I really don't think the are concerned about safety.

Just another dangerous stunt on the already dangerous roadways. Seems more like a self indulgent twit looking for attention.  Well, it worked. Probably thought he'd get away with it though. Let's just hope this new stunt doesn't catch on with the Thai youths.

It is not about racism....when a person is a guest in a country, just behave as a guest with good manners. Don't show off the talents in a place which post a danger to others.

He's Canadian. He was born with a pair of skates on. Rollerblading isn't much different than skating. He is more skilled with a pair of Rollerblades than walking on the street. Leave him be.
