A worrisome new report from the United Nations warns that half of the world is unprepared for potential disasters. With climate change increasing the number of natural disasters and creating extreme weather worldwide, half of the countries on the planet don’t have proper early warning systems. What is the point of having warning system when nature is being exploited in every available opportunity and ripped apart in the name of money and wealth. What type of warning system are they talking about when heavy rain and flash floods are occurring? Who is at fault? There must be a universal law that each country must have its own green landscape proportionate to its land surface area. It is only then the nature can be prevented. With the developed countries already spoiled everything and trying to justify by buying carbon credit is not the right way. When three is greediness and manipulations such natural disaster will continue to occur
