An overloaded ferry capsized on the Mekong River in Cambodia, killing at least 14 children. The incident took place just southeast of the capital city of Phnom Penh on a ferry that was transporting children home from school. The victims were between the ages of 11 and 14  years old. Yet another 'overloaded' ferry sinking in SE Asia. and I guess yet again NOTHING will be done to try to prevent this happening again in the future.

Rules, laws and safety guidelines only work if people follow them. Catastrophes routinely occur because humans are fallible, careless, or stupid or simply in a hurry. They don't think a catastrophe will happen this day to them. A tragedy for the innocent.
