Khun Yai's is a special place that served excellent  khao soi.

Nice to see they are now providing public service providing home cooked food for not much more than cost of  ingredients.  Hope Grandma has a long life.

Some Expats and tourists complain of high priced food in Thailand.

(Though must admit it is the first time I have seen 10 baht plate/bowl. Fantastic.)

Had a nice meal today in a proper restaurant. Tender pork and rice with vegetables.

Wife and daughter had a pork soup, pork balls, tender pork, vegetables and noodles, they couldn't eat it all. Large water and 3 meals, bill came to 150 baht.

Who needs a 1,000 baht steak burger in Bangkok?
