Does it really matters whether or not he had drugs in his system. Some people just have a violent and evil nature with or without drugs being involved. Hope that this low life will meet a nasty end.

Yes it does really matter. If you have any experience with the psychological and Physiological damage caused by prolonged use of street level Methamphetamines and Yaa Baa you would not have made such an inane, uneducated. Some people are so thick they can get out of their own way.

Some people have no better contribution to make then resort to personal insults. See if a criminal under "influence" will torture and kill someone close to you, you will have the same level of "understanding".
