A Thai motorcycle taxi rider in the southern province of Songkla said he ripped off a Malaysian tourist because his washing machine was broken. The rider claims it is the first time he overcharged a customer after demanding 500 baht from the stranded tourist for a trip that is only two kilometres. This could be only his unlucky day in 21 years where he was caught with his pants down. If the washing machine has broke down, then use your hand and legs to wash cloths like olden days when your parents do. A lame excuse on washing machine which is difficult to accept

How unfortunate that the 'first time' he does it he gets caught! Gotta admit I must be one lucky son of a gun as nearly every person I caught and arrested over a 35 year career was also breaking the law 'for the first time'.
