Even if it were true, a single incident is not "abuse" - it's a single incident. Given how nuts she seems to be, I'd be surprised if there aren't similar incidents where she attacked him. She's obviously using this as weapon during trial, but it shouldn't be considered as a single personal incident has nothing to do with ownership of a joint business. In reality though, the justice system is so messed up that it will probably help her case.
