Insurance still requirement to enter Thailand, also visa for land border crossings

Hi, I’ve lost track of what’s happening in Thailand.

is the insurance still a requirement for entry into Thailand ?

crossing the border from Malaysia will I get a 30 or 45 days visa on arrival ?

Here is a link . Looks like if you come on a visa exempt you dont need Ins anymore .Starting Oct 1  visa exempt entry is 45 days.

Visa exempt entry 45 days between Oct 1st - March 31st, 2023.
No Insurance requirement.
