A neighbourhood in Bangkok that has been flooded since September 10 just discovered sandbags shoved into the main drain. With rain failing to drain throughout the neighbourhood for three weeks, the still water was stinking and infectious. People in the Lat Krabang neighbourhood have been suffering with water that reached up to their knees. No one is going to hire a lorry to transfer and stuff 100 sand bags into the drain. Just check who is the last contractor working in that area. It is very easy to identify the contractor

Either that, or some big developer is trying to buy up land there...

I took these photos myself yesterday at Bangna as I had to ditch my car and go on foot.

2 drains were blocked with sandbags causing flood. Seems like someone is trying to sabotage Chadchard?
