Missed one item (at least). Should be a requirement that the new CEO has never worked for TG before. Why? If they do recruit from within the company that person will bring lots of copied unacceptable attitudes and behaviors to the job. Plus that person will be plaqued by other employees asking for favours, asking for nepotism beacuse they feel the new CEP owes them something. In other words all the old skeletons will appear. Must be an outsider. I would prefer that the person appointed has no previous experience in the airline industry but does have a very good performance record in managing/leading very big organizations and there's zero previous history of corruption or cronyism.

He will have a lot of work.
I booked a flight Europe to Phuket next month and full flex economy Thai was more expensive than premium economy with Singapore. Better seat, more legroom... and more qualifying miles (100%) than with Thai (where I got mostly 75%).
