The term "train hub" for what is essentially a station stop is excessive. It is common practice in properly planned cities to large hospitals in proximity to mass transportation access. Unless the trains are specialized hospital trains, all that is being done is that they are opening a train station at the hospital. if it is anything like the airport trains, it will be used by workers commuting to work who will crowd out the intended customers during rush hour.
