Thailand’s Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesperson reported that they are trying to find a way for US President Joe Biden to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders’ meeting in Bangkok after he made it known it clashes with a family wedding. The US President will attend the G20 conference in Bali on November 15 and November 16 but will probably miss the APEC meeting in the Thai capital on November 18 and November 19. Flying 8000 miles for a one day meeting is not representing reduction of fossil fuels or Americas climate change reduction commitment or any other countries.  All these "meetings" should be over Zoom. 

Wasting taxpayers money to pollute the air, meet inside big air conditioned conference rooms to show off your pressed suits and savior fare is an ancient mid-twentieth century practice that keeps lingering for some reason (Leaders were all alive 50 years ago when this was common??)

Use available technology to save the planet leaders of people!  The time is now dammit
