Kohn Kaen House Renovation Recommendations

We have a three bed house in Kohn Kaen which needs new bathrooms, kitchen, some electrical work and AC installing. Looking for a trusted builder so would appreciate suggestions. Cheers..... Dave

Fun project.  Couple hours South of you so sorry, no builder recommends that make sense for KK. 

Comment from the observer cheap seats though -  if you're cleaning up (the usual) Thai electrics, have a look up in the attic void space too.  We did some reno work to our standard Thai moo baan 3bed/2 bath home.  Wanted to roll out attic insulation batts but after one look up there, clear we first had to clean up the spaghetti mess of bare wires laid all over the place.  Took a crew 1 full day to get it into metal conduit/junction boxes, including wiring up a new Safe-t-Cut junction/breaker box in the hallway below.  Also discovered a section of burned wiring leading down to kitchen outlets, so they removed/replaced that section and the outlets it fed below.  Provided piece of mind knowing the mess was tidied up, and then the attic insulation done and dusted was very worthwhile.  Also installed passive attic venting, roof tile vent mod purchased at a local SCG Home Store, and the usual slotted eave boards all around.  It's not perfect but a step in the right direction with the common, buttoned up Hipp roof = a virtual oven hot box sat on top the living spaces below.
