An alleged US Navy military contractor has been arrested in Venezuela after fleeing house arrest in the US. The man fled his home country just weeks before being sentenced for his role in a corruption scandal in Thailand and other parts of Asia. The man, Leonard Gleen Francis, known as “Fat Leonard,” had fled from his California home and entered Venezuela from Mexico after a stopover in Cuba. Took them about a week to roll this guy up after he went on the run.  Well done.  There's a long list of Naval personnel, mostly Officers and some at very senior levels, who've been/are being held accountable for getting themselves wrapped up in this guy's scheme.   Good job they've excised the ring leader here, and here's to that concept being applied to certain other high-profile subjects in the US of A, not just the water boys and coat tail minions. 🎯

They managed an arrest in Venezuela? A country with no extradition treaty with the USA? How did THAT happen?
