Does it typically happen in the late September guys or it is abnormally rainy season this year?

I visited Pattaya in early October twice and never experienced floods like that.

Kind of worried as I have a fight in 20 days.

It would not be nice to arrive in Pattaya in the middle of another massive flood🤔
