TAT may as well bury this plan. Putin announced a part-mobilisation today where - inter alia - male Russians that are considered as being eligible as Reserve soldiers may not leave Russia anymore unless they get explicit consent from the local military authorities which is highly unlikely. So maybe TAT should redirect their efforts to get Russian women without their partners/spouses to visit Thailand on their own?

On a more serious side note: Russia has shown its utter disrespect of the borders of a foreign territory and seemingly the majority of Russians (still) support this war against Ukraine, dubbed "special military operation". So maybe, by not being allowed to pass borders freely, they will understand that travelling abroad is a privilege that is only granted if borders are respected. I for one am happy not to see Russians enjoying their holidays abroad while at the same time their army is bombing schools, hospitals and private houses, committing war crimes such as torture, raping and executions of civilians. But of course, that's only me.
