At least 100 LGBTQ+ couples plan to make history this Valentine’s Day when they converge on Bangkok to take part in Thailand’s biggest LGBTQ+ wedding ceremony. The event will be held at the Thai-Japan Bangkok Youth Centre and is hoped to bring attention and awareness to the struggle for gay rights and marriage equality. When did this 'Q' appear, and what does it mean?

Valentines Day.  Avoid.

I don't care what their preferences are but do think they will go overboard in celebrations.

Can be interesting and entertaining early but they tend to deteriorate badly as inebriation sets in.

Had a conversation with a 'tom'on LGBT and apparently a  few 'toms' don't appreciate the 'trans' very much.

Some 'trans' still have naturally, what 'toms' have to strap on, but dress very well and in some cases have the boob job so come across very feminine etc, so are seen as threatening to their relationship/ leanings with whoever/ whatever.

Then their are the Macho (boys) weight lifters on roids and their boy partners. Perceived flirt here and there, problem.

Quiet animosity, add alcohol, have problem. Don't need.

There is actually a growing number of people within the LGB community who aren't happy about the T. Imagine fighting for equal rights for women, equality for women, better jobs for women, etc, and then a dude can simply say he's a woman and instantly he has all of the things you've fought so hard for? Not great.

Also a significant number of gay men speaking out about the toxic narrative of many trans men, like how "genital preference" is transphobic (gay men enjoying sex with gay men, for example, is seen as transphobic because most trans men haven't undergone sex change surgery and therefore don't have a penis, so gay men not wanting to have sex with female sexual organs is seen as transphobic).

Take a look at some of the stories which have surfaced, particularly in the USA, about trans men competing in womens' sports against women. Well, in some of those stories, MANY of the women on the team which is being forced to accept the bioligical male competing against them, are lesbian women who are insulted, or at least very put-off, by trans men invading the space they've occupied for decades.

If any of you are using Instagram, take a look at the account "Gays Against Groomers" which is a coalition of gay and lesbian people (and some trans people) exposing child grooming behaviour among the LGBT2S+ community, which unfortunately is almost exclusively coming from trans rights activists or just trans people with an agenda.
