Why do they try to find lottery tickets in the graves?

Is it the local gangsters' favorite stash spot or something?

I cannot see why I would be buried with my lottery tickets in my pockets even if I had these tickets 🤔

yeah doesnt  seem much point, but knowing thailand as I do ... someone once found a winning lottery ticket in their dead relatives pockets .. ive seen people choose lottery tickets based on a room a snake was found in and they won 10,000. The lottery is strange  but ive yet to see a foriegner win a substantial amount which leads me to believe if it happened, he/she wouldnt get the winnings. Thats why i ignore all lottery sellers

This lottery frenzy is fueled by economic desperation, particularly during “hard” times.  People fail to realize that their chances of “hitting” the BIG one is minimal at best.  Lotteries are just the government acting like casinos, to make  huge profits.  They encourage this “legal” gambling, while hypocritically making it illegal for the public to gamble.  But that’s what  politicians do, keep yo economically depressed, so as to better control you.
