A Pattaya teenager has climbed down from his balcony to just barely escape a fire that broke out in his home in the early hours of Monday morning. The boy, 16 year old Poramet Soratavorn, started to smell smoke when he was on the second floor of his house in Royal Park Village on Thepprasit Road. Electrical fires are caused by short-circuit. I wonder why the tripping mechanism didn't kick in to cut of the spark?
