As well as throwing money at the problem maybe there is a need for proper sex education  to be taught in schools .

I wonder how the money is spent .... I discovered few weeks ago that Thai FDA approved in 2019 the sale of HIV home test kit in pharmacy.

I was surprised, because I never saw such a kit sold in Thailand. I decided to check, and went to 5 different pharmacies (independents and chains), not one of them sold these kits !!!

I went on line and found a kit for ... 400 THB  and price was on promotion -40% !!! Out of factory, these kits costs less than 0.5 USD !! (I did a research on it 10 years ago).

Who is going to buy a kit at 400 THB ?? And why pharmacy do not sell them ??

Is there a really will to tackle HIV ?
