 The journey is not for the faint-hearted, there are 762 curves in the road and the drivers go fast. It is notorious for making people car sick,

I've done it several times, driving a rented car. Biggest problem is drivers cutting corners on that mountain road, even when they can't see the traffic coming from the other direction.
