The thing with these condos are they are so frigging tiny

 

Any sort of sizeable new build condo will cost as much or more than it does back in the West

Same everywhere, they are building these rabbit hutches,  Most of the condos in Pattaya that are on sale are no bigger than my house's smallest bedroom.
