Police yesterday arrested a woman in Bangkok who made over 1 million baht by selling fake tours from Thailand to Japan in 2014. Thailand’s Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for 49 year old Chanphen eight years ago in October 2014 for “running a tourism business without seeking permission, false advertising, and fraud.” In January 2014, Chanphen defrauded 27 victims who forked out cash for a “tour” to Japan. I wonder why the arrest warrants issued by legal means have expiry date. A crime is a crime it doesn't have expiry date unless it has been trial under the law. May be Thailand legal department has to look into it and change the law accordingly to avoid the expiry date or arrest warrants. It is not a manufactured product to have an expiry date. It is the law which doesn't expire unless there is a change in the law....
