Playing all cards there (even if we can't get a sound 276, we would probably still get a 278, and perhaps a 236/295 on top of that, and a 397 might be arguable if pressed, and etc. etc., all the way up to 13 charges varying from likely successful to the scrapings of the bottom of the legal barrel). Sittha Beerbangkird seems worth his fee (whatever it may be) and Intilasksana should worry.

PS: mentally replace "not his wife" by "his/her legal spouse" in section 276 (rendering it inapplicable), read the remainder and then ponder A) why the formal status of a relationship and the genders matter and B) if they should.
