Utterly shameful behaviour by a teacher, who like so many has a superiority complex and a belief in their own power of children. In no other civilised society would such behaviour lead to no action being taken by the authorities. Just another sign of the corruption that is endemic here. It is time for ordinary folk to assert their power over such malign forces.
