I see the inconsistency between the question and answer page. Thank you. Both have been amended 👍

Well done.

I always admire people who are prepared to review/reflect on their work when a possible anomaly has been highlighted.

Korat Fried Chicken. Mmmmm!

After years of this argument, I found an old black and white photo at Gulliver's Pub of a Kentucky Fried Chicken and showed her

Which of course, she said "not say KFC" 5555

Not a million miles from there I remember a McDonalds on Surawong in 1990.
Everyone referred to it as 'Lung Mac' - Uncle Mac.  I don't know if that was really the name of that branch, does anyone else recall it?

I remember the first KFC opening in Nong Khai in 1998. It was instantly popular and immediately ran out of chicken.
After that we all referred to it just as KF, dropping the 'C', as they were only selling mashed potatoes and gravy for a while.

So my wife was adamant that KFC was a Thai restaurant  5555

Also she thought Johnson & Johnson was Thai as well.  😀

But KFC  she refused to believe wasn't Thai

What does the K stand for then?

Khaosan Fried Chicken?

Krabi Fried Chicken?

Kanchanaburi Fried Chicken?
